Castledowns Bingo Association will not tolerate any form of verbal, written, or physical conduct which constitutes harassment. This policy applies to all persons, contractors, subcontractors, and clients working with (CBA) persons, whether on-site or off-site.

This policy also covers retaliation against someone for invoking their right to a harassment-free workplace. This type of behavior has no place in the (CBA) environment and will never be tolerated. 

Definition of Psychological Harassment:

 (Workplace Bullying): repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators that takes one or more of the following forms:

  • Verbal abuse including the use of spoken or offensive language

  • Offensive conduct/behaviours (including nonverbal) which are threatening, humiliating or intimidating

  • Work interference — sabotage — which prevents work from getting done.
