We encourage all our staff to be fully vaccinated. Vaccination protects you and those around you! It gives you and others peace of mind that you are looking out for your safety and for the safety of others. Alberta now has a printable Vaccine Passport that you can access on MyAlberta/MyHealthRecords. Castledowns Bingo Association does participate in the Restrictions Exemptions Program, please use the links below to either book a vaccine or to retrieve your vaccine records. As of November 15th, the QR Code will be the only valid proof of vaccination!

You can book a vaccine online on the AHS (Alberta Health Services) website or by calling 811. For any Covid-19 testing or vaccine related questions, calling 811 is always your best source!!
