CBA promotes Safety through investigations by the supervision and management of all incidents that occur in our premises.

The purpose of a review or an investigation is to determine the cause(s) of an incident so that appropriate action can be taken to prevent a recurrence.

It is the policy of (CBA) to review all first aid injuries, medical aids, and near-miss incidents that have or could have resulted in injury and property/environmental damage. All incidents that result in lost time could have resulted in injury or property or environmental damage. All incidents that result in lost time injury, occupational illness, substantial property, or environmental damage are thoroughly investigated.

- Accurate records and documentation shall be kept on investigations relating to all incidents.

- If a trend is noted, it is identified immediately, and corrective action is set into place.

- The Incident Reporting Procedure, The Emergency Response Procedure, and the Emergency Evacuation Procedures must be reviewed periodically by workers and followed as required.

All investigations are followed up with recommendations, and the appropriate action must be taken to prevent a similar event from occurring.

All workers, subcontractors shall report all incidents to their supervisor immediately.
