Our Misssion

Castledowns Bingo Association (CBA) is the reference in terms of providing a Healthy and Safe work environment for our Workers, Subcontractors, Customers, and Visitors.

Our concern for health and safety is part of the policy for social responsibility in which all (CBA) workers adhere to. More precisely, we consider the health and safety of each of our workers to be of primary importance. Our objective is to conduct our business in the safest possible manner consistent with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, applicable regulations, and procedures established by our association.

Our Philosophy

Our basic philosophy is that every incident is preventable. We are aware that the health and safety of our workforce is our permit to operate, and this is a zer0-tolerance policy. The protection of mental and physical health and the prevention of injuries is our first priority. Cost savings cannot interfere with safety. Safety is priceless for us!

Everyone is Responsible

We recognize that a safe and healthy work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all workers, and to achieve this, the assistance of each person is required.

All workers must protect their own and colleagues' health and safety by working in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, all applicable regulations, safe work practices, and procedures established by the CBA.

Our Commitment

We consider the health and safety of each of our team members to be of primary importance. We commit to conduct our business in the safest possible manner consistent with legal requirements to have a safe and healthy work environment for all workers, sub-contractors, clients, and the public at large.

 All occupational incidents and diseases must be avoided. No job is too important, and no task too urgent, that the necessary steps cannot be taken to perform the job/task safely.
