Emergencies and critical incidents in the workplace can affect people physically and psychologically, and affect program continuity of CBA. The purpose of this policy is to ensure Castledowns Bingo Association prepares for and effectively responds to emergencies and critical incidents through the appropriate use of resources. The prevention and effective management of emergencies and critical incidents can assist in minimizing the negative impact of an unexpected event. This policy applies to all staff, clients, volunteers, Board Members, and visitors.
